The natural and resonating sound of the Native American style flute on this CD carries you to times of the past. With its haunting voice, let your imagination wander back in time. When the voice of the flute echoed from the canyon walls. Where the rising sun of morning and the twilight colors of evening never went unnoticed. A time, when life was serene and we were enchanted by the wonders of nature.
The Cd was recorded At Gary Smith Productions in Grand Junction Colorado. The CD is a collection of songs played with an improvisational approach. The idea of the CD was there, and it came to life in the studio. A mixture of styles that define what the flute “is really all about” on Tony’s personal journey.
Two of the songs on the CD were selected to be in the score for the PBS Documentary “The Colorado National Monument: Celebrating 100 Years of John Otto’s Dream.” Aired on Rocky Mountain PBS the 18th of November at 9:00 p.m.
You can get your copy of the CD at one of Tony’s Events or it is available here.
